Administration Report (fka YTD Summary) — Get the most current information available. Data can be gathered for up to 24 months with a Start Date of the 1st of any month and an End Date of the last day of any month/current date. Within the participant detail, additional information is shown such as Investment Elections, Contribution Rate, and Fees which is not on the Quarterly Administration.
Investment & Due Diligence — Fund Monitoring: This section will give investment and benchmark detail. Also highlights any funds on your Watch List per your Investment Policy Statement, should you have one. Asset Allocation Comparison: Shows monthly ending balances by Investment. Shows Return on Plan Assets and Asset Allocation Comparison for the same month of prior and current year. Risk/Return Analysis: Plot by 3 year Rate of Return and 3 year Standard Deviation for the top 25 plan investments, as well as the Plan's overall Portfolio. Investment Style Analysis: Displays the style of each fund in a Domestic Equity, International Equity, Fixed Income, and Mixed/Specialty grid style box. Focus List: Shows top funds to consider adding to your plan using a Schwab defined filter. Economic Overview: Gives a high level summary of the economy and financial markets.
Asset Allocation Graphs — Provides a snapshot visual depiction of the plan's Asset Allocation with the ability to see varying views by key demographics. Also shows the dollar amount of each fund and percentage of each asset classes. Each view of the key demographics prints to one page.
Beneficiary Elections — Provides high level and detailed participant beneficiary information stored electronically at Schwab for all participants with a total account balance > $0. Sub-sections of the report include Participant Beneficiary Status that provides the participants address for mailed campaigns. Other sub-sections are Participants with Current Elections and Participants with Pending Elections (waiting for spousal consent) that show the detail of the beneficiary information. Another sub-section of the report shows participant detail for Participants with No Beneficiary Elections. NOTE: The Excel icon on the Report Center only opens the Participant Beneficiary Status section of this report (the first section).
Loan History — Includes detail of all loans with balances and all loans paid off within the last two years as of the report end date specified. All data on the report is a snap shot of the As of Date to provide a proper history. A sub-total by participant will show if the indicator of ‘Y’ is used. An individual Social Security Number may also be entered with an As of Date to provide loan history for a specific participant.
Loan Delinquency — Assists in fulfilling your fiduciary obligation in keeping the plan's loans within the ERISA guidelines. This report indicates when a loan is more than 30 days past due. The report shows:Distribution — Shows detail of disbursements and 1099's that have been processed. Detail includes participant's election, taxable amount, net amount, and delivery method. Details of loans that have been offset, deemed, or have had excess loan repayments returned to the participant show also. An individual Social Security Number may also be entered with a Start and End Date to provide distribution history for a specific participant.
Participant Initiated Address Change Report — Provides address changes that were initiated online or over the phone by the participant within the last month. If your plan allows, Schwab will hold the participant’s address change for up to 90 days before it is overridden by the address that you submit with your payroll files. Note: This report will only record address changes made after mid June 2008.
Address Maintenance Report – Assists in fulfilling your fiduciary obligation by keeping your participant address records up to date. The report identifies participants with a vested balance that have had Schwab mailings returned because address is invalid.
Invalid Email Address Report — Assists in fulfilling your fiduciary obligation by keeping your participant address records up to date to utilize electronic delivery of regulatory notices. Listing of participants who have a missing or invalid email provided by employer or participant. Invalid is an email with two or more bounce backs or an email which is not provided.
Managed Account Services Summary Report — Summary of managed account services activity over the past 4 months.
Automatic Contribution Withdrawal — helps you monitor your participants’ automatic contributions. Because an automatically enrolled employee can opt out of the plan and request a distribution within the first 30 to 90 days following auto enrollment, Schwab has created an Automatic Contribution Withdrawal Report, which allows you to:Payroll Data Audit Report — Summary of exceptions from each payroll processed. The report provides participant data issues that should be reviewed and resolved.
Eligibility Report — Provides detail based on current data about changes to a participant's eligibility to participate in the plan. A Date of Participation, Date of Rehire, or Long Term Part Time Start/End Date within the date range for this report controls the data that is displayed on the report.
Contribution Rate Changes — Collection of all participants' rate changes to update payroll records accordingly. Details include new rate, old rate, request date, and effective date. Running a report On Demand allows you to choose an individual Social Security Number with a Start and End Date to provide rate change history for a specific participant.
Loan Originations — Collection of all participants' new loans to update payroll records to begin proper repayment. Details include origination date, first payment date, scheduled to end date, term of loan, payment amount, and payment frequency. Running a report On Demand allows you to choose an individual Social Security Number with a Start and End Date to provide loan origination history for a specific participant.
Paid Loans — Collection of all loans paid off to update payroll records so repayments cease accordingly. Details include payoff date and if loan was paid off as scheduled or early due to receipt of funds from the participant. Running a report On Demand allows you to choose an individual Social Security Number with a Start and End Date to provide loan payoff history for a specific participant.
Since this report's intention is to alert you to payroll changes, terminated
participants whose loans are paid by offsetting against their balance will
not show on this report.
Upcoming Paid Loans — Provides loan detail for all loans that are going to be paid off with 4 or fewer payments. Via the On Demand run feature, the ability to run the report to show loan detail for loans to be paid off between 1 and 10 payments exists.
Hardship Suspension/Reinstatement — Provides detail of when a participant should be contacted to let them know that their payroll records have been updated to disallow or allow pre-tax contributions. This is based on the timing and suspension period for a hardship distribution per the plan's legal plan document. The Suspended status will cause the contribution rate to drop to 0%. Upon Reinstatement, the status will update however the re-election needs to be initiated by the participant. The report will also show the pre-suspension contribution rate for reinstatements.
Participant Advice Summary — Provides a summary of Advice eligibility, participation, activity, usage, and results in table format.
Asset Allocation Analysis — Provides a snapshot of plan investment information that can be manipulated to show various plan and participant criteria. Asset allocation can be viewed by investment category, fund name, salary range, and age range. Report is in e-Analysis format.
Participation Statistics — Provides a count of how many participants are contributing at each rate (example: 63 participants have a rate of 10%). Participant Statistics can be viewed by various demographics such as age, account balance, and salary. Report is in e-Analysis format.
YTD Personal Rate of Return Statistics — Provides a way to determine the rate of return on investments chosen by the participants. Participant statistics can be viewed by age, account balance, salary and other demographics. Report is in e-Analysis format.
Technology Usage Statistics — Provides a way to determine how participants are using the participant website and voice response unit (VRU). Report is in e-Analysis format.
Transaction Activity Statistics — Provides a way to determine the action the participants are taking regarding contribution rate changes, transfers, loans, and realignments/rebalances. Will also provide information as to if the action was taken via the participant website, voice response unit (VRU), or with a call center representative. Report is in e-Analysis format.
Education Utilization — Provides a way to determine how participants are using the participant website education tools. Education utilization can be viewed by age, account balance, salary and other demographics. Report is in e-Analysis format.
Non Qual Deferral Election — For non qualified deferred compensation plans using our on-line enrollment feature only. Details of contribution deferral elections made by participants during the period specified for the report. Information needed to establish appropriate payroll entry is included, such as percent of pay or flat dollar amount for each pay type elected by each employee as applicable to your plan. Separate report sections are included for Dollar Leveling and Percent Leveling, if applicable. Details for each column of the report are included in the Glossary for each section.
Non Qual Future Payments — For non qualified deferred compensation plans using our on-line enrollment feature only. Details of payment elections made by participants during the period specified for the report, including timing of payment, method of payment, number of installment years, and frequency of payment per year, if applicable to your plan. If offered by your plan, Alternate Future Payment Section includes additional details if a participant made an alternate election that differs from their initial payment election. Installment Percent Per Year Details section is included for plans that offer a varying payment percent for each payment year.
Non Qual Historical Payments — For non qualified deferred compensation plans only. Details the payment elections made by participants for each source in the plan with a balance as of the date the report is generated. The report includes the timing of payment, method of payment, number of installment years, and frequency of payments per year, if applicable to your plan. Trust Information — Uncertified accounting transactions documented by Charles Schwab Trust Company (CSTC). The Trust Report that has a frequency of “ANNUAL” is certified.
Suspension and Reinstatement — History of reports prior to the two reports being combined in August of 2005.
Pre Div Security — History of reports prior to the report being generated with Page Level Security. These reports will only be able to be viewed by Plan Level contacts.
